What is a Disney+ Subscription Gift Card?
Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards are physical gift cards available to purchase at selected retail outlets in Australia, to be redeemed for a 12-month subscription to Disney+. A Disney+ Subscription Gift Card is an easy way to give one year of Disney+ to someone special. When you purchase a Disney+ Subscription Gift Card for $119.99, you will be paying for the recipient's first year of Disney+. After 12 months, they will have the option to add their own payment details and continue their subscription at the standard subscription rates applicable at that time. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards may be redeemed by new Disney+ subscribers only. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards cannot be used with an existing Disney+ subscription.
I have been given a Disney+ Subscription Gift Card, how does it work?
To Redeem Your Disney+ Subscription Gift Card: 1. Visit www.disneyplus.swapyourgiftcard.com.au 2. Enter your Card Number, PIN and email address (the Card Number and PIN are found on the back of the physical card) 3. How do I redeem more than one Disney+ Subscription Gift Card?
If you have more than one Disney+ Subscription Gift Card, you will need to complete the redemption process separately for each card. Multiple cards cannot be redeemed in a single transaction. The same subscriber cannot redeem a Disney+ Subscription Gift Card for a Disney+ subscription more than once. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards may be redeemed by new Disney+ subscribers only. I have redeemed my Disney+ Subscription Gift Card, what do I do now?

How can I replace my Swap Gift Card if it is not working?
The only time the Card Issuer will replace a Gift Card is when: the Gift Card is valid (i.e. it has not expired); there is available balance remaining on the Gift Card; and the Cardholder is in possession of the physical Gift Card. Contact the Gift Card Provider through the Contact Us section of this website www.swapyourgiftcard.com.au and ensure you have the 19 digit number from the Gift Card as well as the 10-digit PIN found on the back of the Gift Card present as you will be required to provide this information.
How long will it take for my Disney+ annual subscription redemption link and code email to arrive?
Once you have received a confirmation email confirming your order, your Disney+ annual subscription redemption link and code email in most cases should be delivered to you within minutes of processing your order, but may take up to 1-2 business days. I have lost my Disney+ annual subscription redemption link and code, what do I do?
The Disney+ annual subscription redemption link and code can be re-sent if you have lost or accidentally deleted them (providing they are still valid). Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards should be treated as cash – we cannot replace any that are lost or stolen once you’ve received them. Can I return my Disney+ Subscription Gift Card or swap it for cash?
No. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for any alternative or cash.
How long do I have to activate my Disney+ annual subscription?
The Disney+ annual subscription redemption link and code that you receive does not expire, you can use it anytime, however it is a one-time use code. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards may be redeemed by new Disney+ subscribers only. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards cannot be used with an existing Disney+ subscription.
Can Disney+ Subscription Gift Card be reloaded?

What happens if I lose the Disney+ Subscription Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged?
Lost or stolen Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Please refer to the terms and conditions here. If your Disney+ Subscription Gift Card is damaged but unredeemed and still in your possession, the Card Issuer may replace the Disney+ Subscription Gift Card provided the Disney+ Subscription Gift Card is valid and the Cardholder is in possession of the physical Disney+ Subscription Gift Card. Can I use my Disney+ Subscription Gift Card to buy a Premier Access movie?
Premier Access is only available for existing Disney+ subscribers. Disney+ Subscription Gift Cards can only be redeemed for a 12-month annual Disney+ subscription and cannot be used for the purchase of a Premier Access product. Premier Access products can be purchased separately once you have an active Disney+ subscription.
When will the subscription from the Disney+ Subscription Gift Card start?
Disney+ subscription will start as soon as the recipient redeems the code found in their email and completes the redemption process.
